Atlas offers a 30-day return policy, so you can try your gear and make sure it’s the right fit. If it’s not, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in original condition.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. Returns within 30 days are free!
Do I need the original packaging?
Yes. Items should be returned in their original packaging to help ensure they arrive back in good condition.
Can I return used gear?
Returns are accepted for unused items in original condition. Gear that shows signs of use may not be eligible.
Where do I send the return?
Once you start a return, Atlas will provide return instructions and a label with the appropriate return address.
How do I ship a return back?
You can ship the item using a carrier of your choice, following the return instructions provided.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed after the return is received and inspected. Timing depends on your payment method.
